Bartender/Mixologist

Aqua Grill is currently hiring for experienced mixologist.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5+ YEARS OF EXTENSIVE FRONT OF BARTENDER EXPERIENCE. HIGH VOLUME CRAFT COCKTAIL BAR EXPERIENCE.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, quick, and reliable bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with a team. Aqua Grill has been a Jacksonville favorite since 1988, known for developing talent and serving award-winning lunch and dinner with fresh, eclectic, globally inspired dishes. Join a seasoned, professional staff at the Best Restaurant at the Beaches (Jax Magazine). We're busy, growing, and ready to add great people to our team. Flexible, friendly work environment and top pay. Apply in person between 2-5 PM daily. We will try be conduct interviews same day or submit resume through Indeed Responsibilities Prepare and present beverages to guests, including cocktails and non-alcoholic options, with consistent quality and presentation. Take orders, up-sell premium ingredients, manage tabs, and handle payments accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and station; adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist with setup for service periods, events, and banquets as needed. Provide attentive, friendly service, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Pay:

$10.98 - $50.00 per hour
