We're looking for a Tax Senior who's ready to step into a leadership role, mentor others, and make a real impact. This role offers a clear path for advancement to Manager and Partner , with the support and resources to help you get there. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Provide proactive tax planning and strategic consulting to clients across diverse industries Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Collaborate with partners and managers on high-impact engagements Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence Support business development through networking and proposal writing Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA preferred (or active CPA candidate) 2-5 years of recent public accounting experience Strong technical knowledge and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A collaborative, client-first mindset Why Pivot CPAs?
