As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that all beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Process orders efficiently using a POS system, ensuring accurate billing. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including catering events. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Uphold food handling safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Familiarity with POS systems. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A background in the food industry or hospitality is highly desirable.
