Job Description

Laishley Crab House is Gearing up for Season! We are a very busy high volume , waterfront, seafood restaurant located on the Peace River with two 40+ seat bars. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, EXPERIENCED , and reliable Bartenders with
RECENT EXPERIENCE
to join our team! Those that apply without experience will not be considered. Our Bartenders will be able to create classic and our signature drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations.
Bartender Responsibilities Include:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Present menus to guests and make informed recommendations Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Multitasking and keeping up with volume.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Must be POS computer literate Must be able to work as a team mate in a large high volume operation Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Flexible scheduling available however weekend availability is required TIPS Certification preferred Live in the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area (Fort Myers or Venice applicants will not be considered) Open Availability preferred Please upload your resume OR stop by 150 Laishley Court in Punta Gorda between 2PM-4pm Monday-Saturday to fill out an application.
