Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed throughout shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or events such as banquets and catering functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and retail math calculations Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to our guests!
