Overview Join our dynamic team as a skilled and energetic Bartender, where you will craft memorable experiences by serving expertly mixed drinks and providing exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents, manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our venue. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event, you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments swiftly and accurately. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; respond promptly to any concerns or incidents. Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling are necessary for accurate transactions. Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates a welcoming environment for all guests.
