Job Description
Join the Funkadelic Team! Funkadelic Food Shack is looking for an energetic, personable, and reliable bartender to join our team. We're known for our creative food, craft cocktails, live music, and laid-back atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Provide friendly, attentive service to bar guests and dining room patrons Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and regulations Handle cash, credit card transactions, and closing duties accurately Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily side work Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a great guest experience Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Positive attitude and strong communication skills Team-oriented mindset Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must meet all state requirements for serving alcohol What We Offer Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Fun and supportive work environment Live music and community-focused atmosphere Opportunities for growth within the company Ideal Candidate You're someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, can handle a busy shift with a smile, works well under pressure, and understands that great service is about creating memorable experiences for every guest.
