What We're Looking For We're seeking bartenders with: A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience Ability to stay organized and composed during busy service periods. Team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences. Confidence using a jigger and maintaining recipe consistency Strong knowledge of classic cocktails Familiarity with basic spirits, beer, and wine A genuine passion for learning and continuously improving their craft A team-first attitude and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences A team player who takes pride in their craft Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed At Asado Life, our bartenders are expected to do more than pour drinks. $23.65 - $26.09 per hour
