Bartender

Prohibition Kitchen, a high-volume, prohibition-era gastropub in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. We're known for our craft cocktails, elevated pub fare, and live music—so we're seeking someone with speed, personality, and a passion for service.

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of high-volume bartending experience Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A YES-first attitude and strong communication skills Weekend and late-night availability is a must

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve drinks quickly and consistently Engage guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Support the bar and floor team Ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol service guidelines
