Bartender

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards. Create classic cocktails and any signature drinks as required. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service. Check guest IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies. Handle POS transactions, process payments, and keep accurate records. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines. Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff. Assist with inventory counting and report any shortages to management. Manage bar opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown.
