We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to be part of this exciting new venture. Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Barback / Busser, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an exceptional experience for our guests. In this lively role, you will support bartenders and servers by maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment. Your proactive approach will ensure that our bar and dining areas are always ready to impress, enabling our team to deliver top-notch service with a smile. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the food and beverage industry while honing your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment Support servers by bussing tables, removing used dishes, and ensuring guest areas are tidy at all times Help with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or assembling simple menu items when needed Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning spills, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring compliance with food handling safety standards Support catering events or banquet setups by assisting with setup, breakdown, and service support as required Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing when necessary Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred, including roles such as busser, barista, or server Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, hotels, or catering environments is a plus Knowledge of food handling procedures and restaurant operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for providing excellent guest experiences Kitchen experience or barista background can be beneficial for supporting diverse service needs within the team Prior roles involving bussing, food preparation, or hospitality support demonstrate your readiness to thrive in this energetic position
