Fine Dining Server and Bartender

Server / Bartender (Experienced) - Nights & Weekends Required We are seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment. We're looking for someone who is confident on the floor, comfortable behind the bar, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of serving and bartending experience Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting Excellent communication and guest service skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Reliable transportation and strong attendance Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Sushi/hibachi/sake experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, professional service to guests Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages consistently Take food and drink orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service Handle cash, credit card transactions, and closing duties Help create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for guests
