Job Description
Come join our growing team! Fat Rabbit Pub in downtown Sarasota is a transplant of our original location in New Tampa, where we are very well established. Our company has been voted Best Wings in Tampa every year we've been open, since 2016. Our executive chef has won awards for his cooking, and we continue to grow everyday. Here in Sarasota, we are building our establishment with the same reputation and growing into our wonderful community. Our grand opening was May 10th 2024, and we are happy to have had a successful year. We all know this last season was a little on the rough side, but we paved a steady upwards trajectory throughout. We now are looking to add another person to our night crew for 2-3 nights a week (primarily Friday & Saturday). To be transparent, some days are better than others, but generally you can expect about $130+ per shift, with that number rising to around $200 or above on Friday/Saturday. Our ideal candidate is a proactive professional who is comfortable working as part of a team. Hours are generally from 5:00-12:00, and Friday/Saturday extended to 2:00. We do tipshare on those nights as well. We are big on delivering guest experience. Obviously that is the expectation for this industry, but we believe in quality food, quality drinks, quality service. Those are the staples we pride ourselves on, so we look for personable people to help make guests comfortable, happy, and welcomed. We look for people who work with their personality first, and are passionate about helping guests enjoy every minute they are here!
