The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a lead Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain food safety standards will be essential in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly food safety practices. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register; process payments efficiently. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events to ensure seamless service. Uphold fine dining standards while providing a memorable experience for patrons. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety regulations within the food industry is highly desirable. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented setting.
