Job Summary We are seeking skilled Bartenders for various one off events and evening gigs. Ideal candidates will excel in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional beverage service, expert mixology, and a thorough understanding of food and drink pairing. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, managing bar operations efficiently, and delivering outstanding customer service and professionalism at these high-end country club, hotel events, banquets and gigs. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple guests promptly without compromising quality. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and beverage recipe development. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele professionally. Experience working in hospitality settings that require multitasking under pressure.
