Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring responsible serving practices are followed at all times. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to deliver seamless service. Skills Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality background preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in diverse settings like nightclubs or catering events. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and beer pouring; retail math skills are a plus.
