Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Operate POS Silverware system efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling. Manage multiple tables or bar stations through effective time management, ensuring prompt service even during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines. Assist with catering events and banquets s by setting up bars, serving drinks, and managing inventory. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for sales totals, tips, and change. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all hospitality areas. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or banquet settings preferred. Familiarity with POS system such as Silverware is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in food industry roles including serving, catering, or retail math is advantageous. Previous hospitality experience in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus. Must be 21 years or older (where applicable) with valid food handling certification if required by local regulations. Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
