The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. In addition to crafting cocktails, you will be responsible for taking food orders and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system Serve food and beverages in a timely manner Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and assisting with menu selections. Maintain a clean and organized bar area Monitor customer consumption and comply with all regulations Assist in restocking and inventory management. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food sanitation Qualifications Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is required Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role Knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes Bilingual in English and Spanish Basic math skills for processing payments and handling transactions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be of legal drinking age Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Expected Hours:
Thursdays 3pm- 11pm Fridays 6pm
- 3am Saturdays 6pm
- 3am Sundays 2pm
