Experienced Bartender / Server willing to learn and grow needed. Must have knowledge of classic cocktails, the ability to study and learn house specialty drinks and most importantly, have a great personality! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining experiences Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, preparation support, and kitchen communication as needed to ensure timely service Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for billing purposes Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Support sanitation efforts by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols in all areas of service Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, billing calculations, and inventory management Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is beneficial but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us in creating lively dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
