Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to keep the bar fully equipped at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event teams during catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling, beverage preparation, and food safety protocols. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order calculations. Experience in hospitality roles involving serving, catering, or retail food industry environments is advantageous.
