Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet setting. Familiarity with POS systems like

Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector preferred; background in brewing or catering is advantageous.
