The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Experience in fine dining or food industry settings is preferred, along with strong communication and customer service skills. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems including Cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with setting tables, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and restaurant policies to provide informed recommendations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST etc Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required Experience in upselling, guest relations, and hospitality is a plus Prior host/host or bussing experience is beneficial but not required Join our team where your hospitality skills will be valued, and you'll have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests while developing your career in the food industry.
