Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food handling and safety standards. Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments swiftly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery during busy hours such as banquets or nightlife events. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems like Toast POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related laws; bartending experience is advantageous.
