Job Description

This dynamic, multi-venue bartender role oversees beverage service across the clubhouse dining bar, upscale cigar lounge, outdoor pool bar, and on-course golf beverage cart . You will craft premium cocktails, pair spirits with cigars, and deliver exceptional, fast-paced hospitality across diverse resort environments.

Multi-Venue Resort Bartender Environment:
Dynamic high-end facility (Clubhouse Dining, Cigar Lounge, Poolside, and Golf Course)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly base + tips (or structured service charge model)
Schedule:
Full-time or Part-time (must have flexible weekend and holiday availability) Core Responsibilities Lounge & Dining Bar Mix classic and innovative craft cocktails, pour premium spirits, draft beers, and fine wines. Expertly guide members and guests through cigar pairings, proper cuts, lighting, and humidor selections. Take comprehensive food and beverage orders, maintaining acute awareness of table flow and dining sequences. Golf Course Beverage Cart & Pool Bar Operate an on-course beverage cart, stocking, driving, and serving golfers across various holes. Provide fast, friendly, outdoor beverage and snack service to guests in high-temperature pool environments. Adhere to strict safety and local alcohol compliance laws across all outdoor service stations. General Operations & Upkeep Complete daily opening and closing inventory, manage POS transactions, and process room or member charges. Maintain absolute cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all four distinct service areas.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years of age to handle and serve spirits.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience;
Certifications:
Valid ServSafe Alcohol / TABC or local equivalent certification (or ability to acquire upon hire).
Physical Stamina:
Capable of standing/walking for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
