Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to strict food safety and food handling protocols. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking, complying with all alcohol serving regulations. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all food and beverage needs are met seamlessly. Collaborate with team members to manage busy shifts effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring timely service during peak hours. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Demonstrated knowledge of Toast POS is a plus. Experience in the food industry that includes serving, bartending, or catering will help you excel in this role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently. Familiarity with food safety standards and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience working in hospitality environments such as brewing establishments or retail food outlets is advantageous.
