Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and specialty drinks according to established recipes or guest preferences Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Square POS or Toast POS Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal drinking age regulations Collaborate with staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy hours Handle cash handling duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in processing sales and tips Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service at all times Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub or banquet operations when needed Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions seamlessly Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Previous food service experience including serving food and handling cash transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the hospitality industry Experience managing bar inventory, conducting sales transactions accurately, and performing basic math calculations for retail math or cash handling tasks Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Nightclub or catering experience is a plus for dynamic event settings Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences through expert beverage craftsmanship!
