Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks using proper techniques. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and alcohol service regulations. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving. Assist with food service when needed, including serving appetizers or snacks during busy hours or events like banquets and catering functions. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in retail math, cashiering, and cash handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours at nightclubs or large events. Uphold all food handling protocols and safety regulations to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience with fine dining environments or banquet/catering services is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is essential. Prior experience in brewing or food industry roles can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
