Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts Manage parking lot operations by directing vehicles and ensuring safety protocols are followed Assist customers with valet parking services when required, ensuring prompt and courteous vehicle handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and parking areas Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking flow and resolve any issues swiftly Support dealership or retail operations by handling cash accurately and performing basic retail math calculations when necessary Skills Proven experience in parking, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customers Ability to handle cash accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of dealership procedures or retail operations is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us to deliver memorable experiences through energetic service, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence.
