Job Description
Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. Whether you're crafting signature cocktails, serving local favorites, or creating memorable guest experiences, you'll play an important role in making every visit special. What You'll Do Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency Provide friendly, attentive service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service Promote menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Work closely with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience Monitor responsible alcohol service and maintain compliance with Georgia alcohol laws Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and daily bar setup and breakdown What We're Looking For Positive attitude and passion for hospitality Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Ability to remain professional and composed during busy service periods Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Why Join Unicoi?
