In this role, you will craft memorable experiences by mixing and serving drinks with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their overall experience Learn our POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, garnishes, glassware, and utensils Follow all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and alcohol service Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining establishment is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service Background in retail math or hospitality roles that require cash handling and sales skills Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a lively setting!
