Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering excellent customer service. This role also includes handling phone orders and maintaining a clean, organized bar area to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and surrounding areas Accurately take and process phone orders, ensuring clear communication and order accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including countertops, equipment, and storage areas Restock bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes as needed Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, high-energy restaurant/bar setting Requires standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation:

Hourly wage plus tips (based on experience)
