Company Description:
Truck & Tap is a craft beer bar in Downtown Lawrenceville. We have a rotating selection of beer from around the world, along with wine, and a full bar. Food is provided by a rotating food truck, and an in house burger & wing kitchen. We're looking for fun, energetic servers and bartenders to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
Requirements:
- 1 Year of Bartending Experience Minimum
- Reliable Transportation
- Experience with High Volume Service
- Weekend Nights Available (6pm-2am)
- Positive outgoing attitude
- Passion for craft beer & cocktails and improving your knowledge of them
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food handling and service regulations
- Must be legal drinking age
