Position Summary We are currently hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, customer engagement, and delivering memorable dining experiences. Ideal candidates are personable, dependable, professional, and comfortable using the Clover POS system for order entry, payment processing, and guest transactions. Responsibilities Servers Greet guests promptly with a warm, professional attitude Present menus, answer questions, and make food/beverage recommendations Accurately enter orders using the Clover POS system Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service Process guest payments and close checks accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Upsell featured menu items, specials, cocktails, and desserts Bartenders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently Create quality cocktails according to house recipes and standards Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service Operate Clover POS for bar tabs and transactions Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory, and restocking Engage guests with excellent customer service and strong product knowledge Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Support floor service when needed during peak times Qualifications Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred Experience with Clover POS strongly preferred Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairing is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays/items as needed Must meet Georgia age requirements for serving alcohol What We're Looking For Team players with strong work ethic Friendly, engaging personalities Upselling mindset and sales confidence Weekend, evening, and holiday availability Hospitality professionals who create repeat customers
