The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and efficiently managing bar operations in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively serve our diverse clientele and foster an inclusive experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while engaging with guests in a lively setting such as a nightclub, restaurant, or banquet hall. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Operate Toast POS system for order processing and cash handling Handle cash transactions accurately, including billing and change distribution Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events when necessary Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, specials, and promotions to upsell effectively Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Experience Prior experience working as a bartender or server in bar. nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Experience with food safety standards, food handling, and responsible alcohol service required Previous roles involving serving, catering, cashiering, or retail math are advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish Background in hospitality or food industry environments demonstrating adaptability and professionalism Join our team where your bartending expertise will contribute to memorable guest experiences.
