Bartender Position — Full Time Main Street Social Main Street Social is looking for an experienced full-time bartender to join our team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers excellent hospitality, and has strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.

Schedule:

Wednesday through Saturday4:30 PM - Close Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Prior bartending experience required Experience making craft cocktails Strong hospitality and customer service skills Experience using POS systems Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Must maintain a professional, welcoming, and attentive attitude Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally Must understand responsible alcohol service, including identifying intoxication and refusing service safely when necessary Must be able to provide references and previous employment history Essential Skills Product knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails Strong communication and customer interaction skills High stamina and ability to work efficiently under pressure Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar If you're dependable, experienced, and passionate about creating a great guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.
