Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends and customer preferences Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste while ensuring product quality Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions Experience Proven experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits including liquors and liqueurs Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism Experience serving in fine dining settings or high-volume venues preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional drink experiences in a lively setting!
