Year Essential Job Functions:

Bar Operations To understand all standards of beverage preparation and service. To consistently provide service that meets brand and Sai Hospitality standards. Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Greeting guests promptly and courteously at the bar area. Maintaining full knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions. Ensuring proper ID verification and compliance with alcohol service laws. Accurately taking and entering orders into POS system. Handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. Restocking bar supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Processing guest payments accurately. Working with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
