Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate interventions. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events such as banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily sales with basic math skills. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes; place orders as needed. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by participating in nightclub or event bartending when required. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or similar hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management. Experience with beverage recipe development and bartending management is preferred. Nightclub or banquet experience is a plus for dynamic event support roles within the venue.
