Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee daily bar operations, including opening, closing, and shift management Ensure compliance with all food safety, alcohol service regulations, and health standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent shortages or waste Train staff on proper serving techniques, cash handling, and customer engagement strategies Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing personalized service tailored to their preferences Assist with catering, banquet events, nightclub functions, and food handling as needed Uphold cleanliness standards in line with food safety protocols and sanitation requirements Skills Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food service and hospitality Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy shifts Strong sales ability to upsell beverages and promote specials to enhance revenue opportunities Prior experience in nightclub or banquet settings is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol regulations Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks such as serving drinks, cashiering, catering coordination, and supervising staff Join us as a Lead Bartender where your passion for hospitality meets leadership!
