About the role We are seeking the "best of the best" restaurant professionals who are passionate about food, elevated service, and beverage experiences. Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a motivated, creative, and attentive bartender for our Coastal Italian restaurant Saint Bibiana. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. What you'll do Gain insight into guests' preferences through verbal and nonverbal cues Ensure high quality and consistency of the guest experience (details matter) Speak eloquently about the hotel, restaurant, and menu Collaborate and work cohesively with other team members Handle challenges with poise with positivity Maintain the ambiance and standards of the restaurant and hotel at all times while on property Qualifications Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Passionate about hospitality, food & beverage and possess a desire to learn Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Excellent communications skills and ability to multitask Excellent presentation and grooming standards Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
