The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food and beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures effectively. Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar or dining area. Stay informed about new products, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Fine dining experience is a plus, as well as knowledge of cocktail recipes and brewing techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to serving alcohol and food items.
