Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the overall experience at our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal requirements. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing Aloha POS system for order processing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable, especially during catering events. Uphold food safety standards and maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages as necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or related roles within a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Previous experience with catering services is a plus but not mandatory.
