We produce spirits on-site and serve a full cocktail menu featuring our house-made products. We are hiring a bartender to join our growing front-of-house team. This is not a "just pour drinks" bartending job — our bartenders are also guest guides, tour support, and true brand ambassadors. Pay & Perks $16/hour + tips Tip pool in effect (bartenders, barbacks, and servers) Our bartenders do very well overall with tips Strong team culture and supportive management Frequent special events + high-volume opportunities More parking and event space than most bars in Kailua Upward trajectory in a challenging economy Events up to 200 guests (and growing) What You'll Do Provide warm, professional, high-quality guest service Make craft cocktails consistently and efficiently Educate guests about Koʻ'olau Distillery spirits made on-site Act as a brand ambassador and guide guests through the menu Check in guests for distillery tours and assist before/after with questions Use POS to process drink + merchandise orders Support retail bottle and merchandise sales Work as part of a team in a tip pool environment Assist with special events, private bookings, and high-volume service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For Required:

Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong customer service and communication Able to work nights, weekends, and events Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude (no ego, no drama)

Preferred:
