ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Services customers promptly and professionally; takes and prepares quality orders efficiently. Answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage, etc. Enters the sale on the point of sale system, accepts payment, counts back change correctly and completes transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Ensures a clean, neat, and organized work area, including counter tops, service areas, and equipment is cleanly maintained in a safe and operable condition; ensures all condiments and supplies are properly replenished and neatly organized. Keeps floors swept clean and free of spills, obstacles or debris at all times. Monitors and wipes all exterior surfaces, including counter, tables and chairs from food drops, spills, pests and dust. Maintains a good working relationship with other employees; provides instruction and assistance as needed. Stores items properly at the end of the shift. Maintains required par levels of all items to avoid running out during the course of the operating hours. Reports all accidents immediately and in compliance with existing policies and procedures; responds properly in an emergency or safety situation. Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Ko Olina Golf Club and encourages others to do the same.
