As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Operate cash registers accurately, process payments, and manage tabs efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
