Bartender

Wallaby's Bar & Grille is hiring Bartenders to join our team this summer. We're looking for reliable, high-energy individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver great service behind the bar. While we have more weekday availability for bartenders , applicants should still be available for at least 1-2 weekend shifts , as these are our busiest times.

Position:

Part-time Bartender positions for summer, with the option to continue into the fall Mix of weekday (AM & PM) and weekend shifts available Must be available for at least 1-2 weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) Responsibilities include preparing drinks, providing excellent guest service, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized bar area

Training Process:

Most new hires will start as Servers and complete server training first Transition into bartending typically occurs after a few weeks based on performance and readiness

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Able to multitask and stay efficient under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years old Prior bartending or serving experience preferred , but not required—we will train the right candidates!

Pay & Perks:
