Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards. Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, and drink preparation. Prepare beverages for both bar guests and dining room service. Build genuine connections with guests by providing attentive, knowledgeable hospitality. Process guest checks and payments accurately. Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Complete opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to keep service running smoothly. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Previous bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry bar supplies and beverage cases as needed. Must obtain Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training (I-PACT) certification within 30 days of hire. Skills Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
