Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take accurate orders from guests, providing friendly recommendations and upselling when appropriate to enhance sales Serve food efficiently and professionally at the bar or dining tables, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines related to food handling, serving, and alcohol service Have Fun! Skills Experience is great. But not Necessary! Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws and regulations Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
