Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; communicate needs for restocking or ordering. Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and adhering to legal drinking age requirements. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by engaging with guests during peak hours and special occasions. Skills Proven experience in food or bar industry roles is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems to process transactions smoothly. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in high-energy settings. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.
