Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take accurate food and drink orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing tabs and processing payments swiftly Assist in setting up banquet or catering events as needed, ensuring all food handling and serving protocols are followed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or nightclub events, demonstrating excellent time management skills Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail math environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele in a fast-paced setting Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with brewing or beverage preparation is advantageous Must be 18 years or older with excellent communication skills; prior hospitality or hospitality-related certifications are beneficial Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
